Vitamins.

In general a healthy adult can take a one a day, but vitamin c is an easily damaged vitamin and

so getting that extra vitamin c is helpful in prevention.

Do you remember the expression we are what we eat?

Our body cells our constantly turning over and being rebuilt,

We literally are not the same person we were previously.

Think of it like a wave.
